Methodology

 

We depend in implementing our programs on the following steps:

  1. Training needs determination:
  • Knowing the customer needs and expectations
  • Preparing clear and specific working domain which determines training outcomes
  1. Data collection and analyzation:
  • Survey collection and analyzation that is related to training subject.
  • Surveys/ Interviews/ workplace visits
  1. Designing outcomes:

Preparing the requested training programs in continuous collaboration and following up the training outcomes with the customer by revising the training positive and negative aspects for the customer.

  1. Application:
  • Implementing partnership principle by working side by side with the customer to be sure of successful application of outcomes.
  • Making a plan that determines the application and implementation requirements.
