Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Manager at ALTAWAIL Consulting & Training in Riyadh. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs, coordinating with clients to assess training needs, managing training budgets, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.

• Training Program Design, Development, and Delivery skills
• Client Needs Assessment and Stakeholder Management skills
• Training Budget Management
• Evaluation of Training Effectiveness
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Project Management abilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum five years of experience is required
• Experience in the training industry is a plus
