What will I benefit?

The overall aim of this course is for the trainee to be able to understand and apply advanced methodologies for managing organizational performance, to ensure the achievement of strategic goals and enhance organizational effectiveness. This is done through the design and implementation of performance management systems that focus on measuring results, improving processes, and achieving organizational excellence.

Course Objectives:

At the end of this course, the participants should be able to:

  • Explain and evaluate strategic directions and their alignment with the vision and mission of the departments.
  • Set strategic and operational goals for the departments and their organizational units that are measurable, achievable, challenging, and aligned with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate and share with stakeholders to assist in the decision-making process.
  • Adapt to changes in priorities or strategies and demonstrate flexibility to adjust plans as needed to achieve the desired outcomes.
