ALTAWAIL is a PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP). This program provides 21 contact hours of formal training in agile practices, frameworks, methodologies, tools, and techniques. The program is designed to align with the PMI-ACP® Examination Content Outline and current PMI requirements.
Course Objectives:

Course Methodology:
This training course will be delivered using an appropriate combination of engaging and purposeful methods, including:
- Practical case studies and scenario-based discussions.
- Group activities, workshops, simulations, and collaborative exercises.
- Experiential exercises aligned with agile practices, tools, and techniques.
- Instructor-led explanations, facilitated discussions, and structured problem-solving.
- Knowledge checks and an end-of-course assessment.
PDU Distribution:
If a participant already holds a PMI certification, this course may qualify for PDUs. The final allocation across Ways of Working, Power Skills, and Business Acumen will be based on the approved course content and PMI reporting requirements.

PMI-ACP® Certification Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must hold a secondary diploma or higher, complete at least 21 hours of formal training in agile practices, frameworks, and methodologies before applying, and satisfy one of the following professional agile-experience pathways:
- Two years of agile experience within the past five years.
- One year of agile experience plus a degree from a Global Accreditation Center (GAC)-accredited program.
- One year of agile experience plus an active third-party agile certification that is current and was earned more than one year ago.
- An active PMP® certification.

Path to PMI-ACP® Certification

Fulfill the eligibility requirements
Confirm the applicable education, formal agile training, and professional agile-experience pathway.

Complete the PMI-ACP® exam preparation program
Attend the sessions and complete the required experiential exercises, knowledge checks, and end-of-course assessment to receive evidence of 21 contact hours.

Submit the PMI application
Create an account on PMI.org, record the required education, learning, certification, and agile experience information, and submit the application for review.

Complete the audit if selected
Provide the documentation requested by PMI within the stated timeframe.

Schedule and take the examination
After application approval and payment, schedule and take the examination using an available authorized testing option.

Earn and Maintain the Certification
Pass the examination to earn the PMI-ACP® certification. Maintain it by earning and reporting 30 PDUs during each three-year certification cycle and completing PMI’s renewal requirements.
