Project Scheduling & Cost Planning Skills

The Project Scheduling and Cost Planning Skills course helps participants build realistic project plans that bring scope, time, resources, and cost together. Through practical activities, they learn how to develop and evaluate project schedules, estimate costs, set reliable baselines, and use performance data to identify variances and forecast project outcomes. This enables them to make better decisions and keep projects on track within the approved schedule and budget.
