What Will I Benefit? ALTAWAIL Consulting & Training, as a PMI Authorized Training Partner (PMI ATP), offers the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) course to equip participants with a practical and comprehensive understanding of project management fundamentals based on the latest PMI standards and methodologies. The program covers the full project life cycle, starting with initiation and planning, followed by execution, monitoring and control, and finally project closure. It also emphasizes predictive approaches, Agile practices, and business analysis techniques. Participants who complete the course can earn the 23 contact hours required to apply for the CAPM® exam.

Course Objectives:
At the end of this course, the participants should be able to:

  • Understand the core processes, governance, and structural elements of project and product life cycles.
  • Apply business analysis frameworks, requirements-gathering techniques, and stakeholder engagement practices.

Path to CAPM® Certification:

  1. Fulfill the Eligibility Requirements

    Hold a secondary degree, such as a high school diploma, GED, or global equivalent, and complete at least 23 hours of project management education before taking the exam.

  2. Complete the Exam Preparation Course

    Attend all live training sessions and complete the required assessments to receive a certificate confirming completion of 23 hours of project management education.

  3. Submit the Certification Application to PMI

    Create an account on PMI.org, complete the application with your educational qualifications and project management education details, and submit it for review.

  4. Schedule and Take the Exam

    Schedule and take the exam securely online or at an authorized testing center.

  5. Earn and Maintain the Certification

    Pass the exam to earn the CAPM® certification. To maintain the certification, earn 15 Professional Development Units (PDUs) during each three-year renewal cycle and complete the renewal process.
